We work hard to offer you the best quality in teaching and fun from our dive center in Amed, Bali.

Diving La Vida Loca is a new Spanish PADI Resort Dive Center. We offer PADI courses, specialties, day dive trips, fun dives, snorkeling. We also do equipment rental. If you want to discover our seabed with us, safely but at the same time learn and enjoy with our team that speaks Spanish, Catalan, English, French and Indonesian, do not hesitate to contact us, we will be happy to assist you for any questions.

Our Company

Our Dive Center is located between rice fields, 500 meters from Melasti beach, one of the most famous beaches in Amed where several ceremonies are regularly held.
A quiet and beautiful environment that enchants any visitor.

Diving La Vida Loca is PADI Dive Resort is located in Amed is a 14 km strip of fishing villages in Karangasem Regency, on the east coast of Bali, Indonesia.

The name of the area, Amed, comes from one of its seven villages. The other six are called Jemeluk, Bunutan, Lipah, Selang, Banyuning and Aas.

Many beaches of the zone, including that of Amed, have black volcanic sand for being near the mount Agung, the greater volcano of Bali.

Amed is an area that is being developed for tourism while holding on to tradition. Little by little it is becoming known as a destination for backpacker tourism, free diving, scuba diving and yoga classes and teacher training.

Recently finished the Open Water Diver course at La Vida Loca – such an amazing experience ! I had no experience diving, and our instructor Thomas was incredible. Felt super safe and he was extremely knowledgeable and patient. Everyone here was really communicative and welcoming. Would definitely recommend diving here to anyone.

This was an excellent choice to have our Open Water Diving course in Amed. We went there with a friend and we enjoyed every hour of it. Special thanks to Stephane and his team for being great professionals, and making this experience fun and enjoyable. We will definitely go back to Pepan for our advanced course there one day. Diving with La Vida Loca was amazing!The staffs are welcoming, kind and helpful!I did 4 fun dives with them and I loved every one of them:) In each dive, I’ve learned new stuff about diving, and I met tiny little Nudibranches!!🥹 I saw 3 white tip sharks today at Lipah beach! Overall, thank you so much to the all staff for these amazing experience! Thank you Wayan, Ludi for being a perfect dive master for me:)

The experience here was really good.I was nervous on my first dive, but they took good care of me. Enric and all his co-workers were so much fun and I was able to get my Open Water license. 👍Also, the Pondok Tirta next to the center was very good and cozy. Did two days of diving here as an OWD. Enric, was very knowledgeable about the local ecology and was a pleasure to dive with. The dive sites are incredibly convenient and visibility was at least 20m. Prices were more than fair.

Enric and his team will definitely take you on a diving adventure! After 10+ dives together, I can honestly say I will never dive with anyone else on the island.The briefings are thorough and they do a great job explaining where we are going and what we will see. The crew is knowledgeable about the dive locations and share their enthusiasm for the island. As a PADI Diving Instructor myself I’m always looking for the highest standard of Dive Centre to spend my days with. Enric and his staff were full of smiles, good moods and good times. From the moment I first messaged, Enric was super friendly, kind, honest and welcoming.La Vida Loca’s gear was fresh and brand new (my BCD had never been used!) and was well looked after by the staff after use. Even the centre is brand new, looks clean and tidy and has that new dive centre smell!My certified partner and I did a couple days fun diving at first and ended up decided that it was a perfect place for her to do her advanced course (better she doesn’t do it with me to avoid any arguments 😂).We ended up diving for 5 days and explored many of the stunning dive sites within Amed. Enric was flexible, accommodating, easy going,relaxed (VERY RELAXED) and I truly couldn’t have hoped for a better experience. We feel very lucky to have met this amazing crew and recommend these legends whole heartedly.

Diving La Vida Loca is the new addition in Amed SCUBA Diving community. Professional team, great place to learn basic diving skills, up to Dive Master level. Brand new diving gear! After dive chill out section on the roof of diving center makes this place very special, as you have undistrupted view to Mt. Agung. Very cool spot to hangout and enjoy amazing sunsets.
